Removing mail pointers (WSP) Print

In this knowledgebase article I will lay out the process of removing mail pointers via the Windows Control Panel.

The first step will be to log into the Windows Control Panel.

Then, under the POP/IMAP Email section, click on Domains

The next step is to click on the domain you wish to remove the pointer from (this will be your main domain).


Lastly, click on the bin next to the alias/mail pointer you wish to remove.

Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Update.
