In this knowledgebase artical I will outline how you can change your Windows Control Panel (WSP) password.

Firstly you'll need to log into the client billing portal.

Then, click on Services in the top navigation bar. Then click on My Services.

Then, in the list of services that you see find the service you wish to change the password for and click on Vew Details on the right of the item in the list.

You'll then be presented with the information page for the Windows service. Click on the Change Password tab and you'll be able to see your existing password and also change the password.
