Password: your-mailbox-password

Advanced Settings

110

IMAP Port: 143

SMTP Port: 25

SMTP Authentication: Enabled / Required

Recommendations
Our servers support both IMAP and POP3 mail connections, but we recommend that if you are setting up a new email account then you use IMAP.

When you add your mail account, your email software is likely to use 'mail.customerdomain.co.uk' as a description. We recomend that you use customername@customerdomain.co.uk to make it easier to identify the account.

Important
Please note that if you use Google Apps for Work, Hosted Exchange or Microsoft Office 365 for your email then the above settings are not applicable and should not be used.
