In order to access the webmail feature of your email account please do the following:

Step 1) Open up your web browser of choice. 

Step 2) In the address bar (the long white bar at the top of the page) type in http://mail.customerdomain.co.uk replacing customerdomain.co.uk with your email domain name.

Step 3) This will take you to a login page. On this page enter your email address and your password and then click on 'Login'.

Once you have logged in you will be able to access all of your emails. Please note that if you use your emails on any devices and have this setup as a POP connection, then emails that have downloaded to your devices may not be displayed.
