If you wish to transfer a .com/net/org/info or .biz domain IN to SBH you will first need to contact your current Domain Name host and ask them to disable the registrar lock and request an EPP code.
One you have these go to your Client Management Portal.

Select the 'Domains' dropdown and the 'Transfer Domains to us' option.

Type the domain name that you wish to transfer into the box and select the appropriate TLD from the drop down e.g. .com .net etc.

Click 'Check Availability' this will tell you whether the domain you wish to transfer to us is available. If it is click 'Continue'.

Here you must enter the EPP code which you have obtained from your Domain Name host.
You also have the opportunity to change the Nameservers, select 'ID Protection' and add a hosting package for your domain.

Select 'Add to Cart'

You will be taken to a page which summarises your Shopping Cart and gives you the option to empty your cart or to carry on shopping.

Here you can ensure all of your billing details are correct and enter your card details if they are not already saved in the system.

Ensure you tick the box next to 'I have read and agree to the Terms of Service' (Please do ensure that you read the Terms of Service!)

Click the 'Complete Order' button.

Please note that due to changes by ICANN, domains will be locked from being transferred again for a 60 day period after a transfer has completed.
