Domain name contact information can be found when doing a WHOIS domain name lookup. You may find that the contact details for the registrant (you) on your domain are not correct.

To update the contact details on your domain, firstly login to your Client Management Portal.

Select the 'Domains' dropdown menu and then select 'My Domains'.

The next page will show you a list of your domains.

To the righthand side of the domain you wish to change the contact details for should be a dropdown menu called 'Manage Domain'.

From this dropdown menu select 'Edit Contact Information'.

Enter the correct contact information for the domain name and 'Save Changes'.
