In order to transfer a Domain Name away from Small Business Hosting you will first need to login to your Client Management Portal.

Once you have logged in you will want to go to the 'Domains' heading and then select 'My Domains' from the dropdown.

You then want to manage the Domain Name that you are looking to transfer away from Small Business Hosting. This is done by selecting the 'Manage Domain' dropdown and then by selecting 'Manage Domain' from within the dropdown.

This will take you to a domain management menu for the selected domain.

Select the 'Registrar Lock' tab.

Your 'Registrar Lock Status' should currently be set to 'Enabled'.

Click the 'Disable Registrar Lock' button.

The 'Registrar Lock Status' should now be 'Disabled' and look like this:

Now select the 'Management Tools' drop down menu. Select 'Get EPP code' from the menu.

This will take you to a page that looks like this:

You should receive the EPP code into your inbox you can provide this to your new hosting provider to transfer the domain.
If you have any issues releasing your Domain then please create a support ticket via your Client Management Portal.

Please note that due to changes by ICANN, domains will be locked from being transferred again for a 60 day period after a transfer has completed.
