Getting Started with Small Business Email

We have a number of guides for different devices. We support a range of devices and you are able to connect to your Small Business Email account using webmail, IMAP, POP3, SMTP, and ActiveSync.

Things to know:

Wherever you see clientdomain.co.uk, type the domain after the @ in your own email address.

This is because your Small Business Email package includes a custom mail hostname and webmail URL. Throughout our guides we will use mail.clientdomain.co.uk as a placeholder, but you need to type your domain instead.

For example, if your email address is joebloggs@clientdomain.co.uk, your server would be mail.clientdomain.co.uk.

How to use and access your Small Business Email

Webmail:

Please go to your custom webmail by going to https://mail.clientdomain.co.uk in a browser.

Apple:

For Apple devices (iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac) we recommend using connection profiles. This is the best way to get started on an Apple product since it gets your email, contacts, and calendars configured without fiddly server settings or typing lots of passwords.

Android:

For Android, our recommended setup process is to use Gmail and ActiveSync to sync your email, contacts, and calendars without fiddly server settings and port numbers:
