We've been working behind the scenes to improve the spam and junk mail filtering on our Small Business Email platform, and we're pleased to let you know the upgrade is now complete.
The improvements mean:
- More spam and phishing emails will be blocked before they reach your inbox
- Suspicious emails are now checked against a wider range of threat databases
- Fraudulent emails that try to impersonate legitimate senders are better detected
For most people this will be invisible, your email will simply work better: more spam will be rejected, and more of the spam that goes get through will be correctly filtered into the Junk folder. However, if you find that any legitimate emails aren't arriving as expected, please contact us and set the ticket to high priority and we'll be happy to investigate.
