How do I transfer my domain or hosting to someone else?

This knowledge base article let you know the steps you need to take if you would like to transfer a hosting package or a domain name to someone else.

Please note that this change is only within our Client Management Portal and any domain name registrant changes may incur administration fees.

Please open a support ticket via your client management portal stating that you would like to transfer ownership and specify for which domains/ hosting, we will take this as confirmation that we can liase with the new owner regarding the domains/ hosting.

Once you have let us know please ask the person you wish to transfer ownership to to get in contact with us via the contact form on our website with their full contact details including full name, company name, email address and postal address.

When we have received confirmation from both parties we can go ahead and move the hosting and/ or domains to the new owners account within our system.
