How can I change my email password?

Login to your Client Management Portal.

Once logged in select the 'Services' dropdown menu.

Select 'My Services' this will take you to a page with a list of your active services with us. Select 'View details' to the right on the service associated with the email account password you would like to change.

This will display a page with your service detail. Select 'Login to Cpanel'.

Select 'Email Accounts' under the subheading of 'Mail'.

This will show you all of the email addresses associated with that hosting package/ domain name.

From the list find the email address which you would like to change the password for. Next to the email address should be a link to 'Change Password' select this.

You can now enter your new password into the box. You must confirm your new password in the second box. The system will tell you the strength of the password you have selected. Ideally you want a Very Strong password. Alternatively you can use the 'Password Generator' button to ensure a strong password.
