
This will then take you to a login page where you will be asked to enter the username and password that you have previous setup for your email account. Your Username will generally be username@customerdomain.co.uk, replacing 'username' with what you set and 'customerdomain.co.uk' with your domain name.

Once you have logged in, you can then choose which web based email client you wish to use in order to view your mail.

If you preference one of the 3 web based email clients you can select 'Enable AutoLoad' for that specific client in order for it to load that web client once you have logged into your email.

If you have any issues accessing a specific email client or accessing a specific email address then please raise a ticket via your Client Management Portal.
