While Small Business Hosting doesn't offer support, we aim to offer you to most extensive online support via the means of our Knowledgebase Articles and our Support ticketing system. We explain why we don't accept email requests in our Knowledgebase Article - Why don't you accept tickets & replies by email?

If you feel that your issue can't be resolved by our Knowledgebase Articles, then please Submit a Ticket via our Client Management Portal and one of our support team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that all tickets are answered in the order they come in and based on priority.

My Domain Name isn't with Small Business Hosting, can I still use this package?
Absoultely, however we do recommend that you try to keep as much of your web hosting in 1 place as possible as it makes managing your services much easier. For information on transferring Domain Names to Small Business Hosting, please reference our Knowledgebase on Domain Name transfers.

If you don't yet wish to move your Domain Name over to Small Business Hosting, then all you will need to do is update your Domain Name's Nameservers in order to make full use of your hosting package. The Nameservers that you will need to use are listed below:
