Step 1) When you are logged into your Windows Control Panel you will want to select the 'Accounts' option from the front screen.

Step 2) Select the 'Create Mail Account' option.

Step 3) Fill out the information for the user you are setting the account up for. If you have more than 1 domain name setup under you account you will need to select the Domain Name you wish to use for this email account from the Dropdown.
By default all SBH Email accounts come with 2GB of storage space for you to use. If you are reaching the capacity on your mail account you may want to consider one of our Small Business Email options. Please also note that we have a secure email password policy put in place in order to prevent your account from becoming compromised. Please refer to our Knowledgebase Article on SBH Email Allowances and Restrictions for more information.

Step 4) Once all of the user information is filled out select 'Save' at the bottom of the screen to create your new mail account.

Your email account is now created and you are ready to configure it within your email client or read emails via our web based email client.

Please create a ticket via your Client Management Portal if you have any issues creating an email account from within your Windows Control Panel.
