If your domain is configured to automatically renew, an invoice for your domain will be created 30 days before the expiry date of the domain. However, it's possible to automatically renew your domain manually.

1. Log into the Client Management Portal.


2. Move your mouse above the Domains tab of the Client Management Portal and click on Renew Domains


 


3. Select the tick box next do the domain or domains you wish to renew and then click Order Now and complete the order process to renew your domain.
