How to provide Proof of Identification

If we require proof of identification before completing an order, please provide any of the following items on their own:
  • Scanned copy of a Passport 
  • Scanned copy of a Driving Licence issued by an EU member state


or:

One of the following to prove your address (must be dated within the last 3 months):

  • Scanned copy of a utility bill
  • Scanned copy of a mobile phone contract bill
  • Scanned copy of a bank statement
  • Scanned copy of any official government letter (e.g; National Insurance letter, poll card, etc)

Along side one of these to prove your identity:

  • Scanned copy of official Government issued ID from your country
  • Scanned copy of a Birth/marriage certificate

The above proof of ID can be sent to us within a ticket on our secure Client Management Portal.
