We are currently aware of issues with card payments being declined. This is an issue on our end and we are working with our payment processor to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the mean time we will ensure services are not suspended when invoices are overdue. 

If you have a domain renewal that does not process because of payment issues, please let us know and we will look into what we can do.
