The 3 servers are back up and we're able to connect to them, we will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates once we are aware what the problem was.
Our supplier has informed us that there is a known issue on their end and they are working to resolve it. We will monitor the situation and hope it will be resolved swiftly.
Thus far the issue appears to be impacting:
We are currently investigating issues with connectivity to our plesk1 and plesk2 servers. We will provide an update as soon as we know more.
