What’s in store for 2017?

Following on from a very good year in 2016, we have a lot in store for 2017.
We’ve set ourselves some targets for 2017, and as such we intend to do the following:
- Continuation of our achievements from 2016.
We will continue to ensure our servers are up-to-date and will continue to make changes to our Client Management Portal.
- We will continue to improve our Customer Service and response times.
Throughout 2016, we have improved our average response time on support tickets to 24 hours. In 2017 we will strive to ensure all support tickets are responded to within 24 hours, not just most.
- We will ensure our pricing remains competitive with the Web and Email hosting market
We have always internally reviewed our pricing on a regular basis and will continue to do so. Remaining competitive within the market is vital for both us and you.
- We will continue to invest in infrastructure
Throughout 2017 we will continue to invest in infrastructure to ensure all of our customers receive the best service and best experience possible.
