We are delighted to announce that we have taken over the web hosting company PurplePaw, and are in the process of transferring all customers and hosting accounts over to our control. Established in 2001, PurplePaw has a great history but has been neglected over the past few years. We’re here to set that straight, and will be in touch with all PurplePaw customers individually over the next couple of weeks.

What will happen?

Full details of any changes will be sent directly to customers, but our first priority is to deal with any outstanding support issues and get the accounts moved over to servers.

Will the packages / prices change?

All existing PurplePaw customer accounts will be upgraded, free of charge to their closest equivalent SBH package, for the remainder of their current hosting period. Prior to renewal, invoices will be generated based on the normal charge for SBH packages.  In almost all cases our SBH packages are far more generous than the old PurplePaw packages, providing more disk space and bandwidth than before.

How do I get in touch?

We are prioritising getting accounts set up in our Client Managment Portal, but if you need to get in touch before you receive your login details then please use the contact form on our website.
